Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has signed a decision to establish the secretariat to assist the national steering committee on restructuring the economy and renewing the country''s growth model.
Further efforts of hastening economic restructuring and institutional reform would drive the Vietnamese economy forward in 2017, according to a report by a finance analysts group.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment is developing a plan on
restructuring the economy by 2020 aiming to renovate the growth model
towards improving efficiency and competitiveness of the economy.
